Prior to perusing the Club industry, she has 8 years in the hospitality and hotel business. With a proven successful track record, Kim and her team will enhance South Bend Country Club, to be the best in the area
Karen Nutty
Club Accountant
Prior to joining the South Bend Country Club Staff in 1998, Karen worked in several other business-related positions from bookkeeper to administrative assistant. Additional experience includes real estate sales, leasing operations, and owner-operator of personal horse boarding facility.
Linda James
Membership & Catering Director
Linda joins the team at South Bend Country Club and brings with her 20 plus years experience in the Hotel, Golf and Hospitality Industry. Prior to her arrival Linda has led as the Catering Sales/ Food and Beverage Director for the Links at Brigantine Beach in NJ. Additional experience includes Catering Sales Manager and Food and Beverage Director for Blue Heron Pines Golf Club in Galloway NJ. Linda obtained her degree in Hotel Resturant Managment from Drexel University in Philladelphia PA. Linda and her husband Tim have a 5 year old son Kyle.
Jason P. Diaz
Certified Head PGA Professional
Jason joined the South Bend Country Club team in May of 2005. Prior to his arrival he was the Head Golf Professional at the Baltimore Country Club in Timonium, Maryland. Professionally he brings additional experiences from the Valhalla Golf Club, Lancaster Country Club, Hurstbourne Country Club, and The Riverton Country Club. Jason is a graduate of Penn State's Professional Golf Management Program. He and his wife Beth have two children, Jayden and Mia.
Justin DeFont
Assistant PGA Golf Professional
Justin became a part of the South Bend Country Club team in March of 2006. He is a graduate of Methodist College’s Professional Golf Management Program in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Prior experience includes Toftrees Resort, Baltimore Country Club, The Tournament Players Club at Avenel, Crooked Stick Golf Club, and Forest Hills Country Club in Richmond, Indiana.
Eric Cross
Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course Superintendent since February 2004. Prior to joining us at South Bend Country Club, Eric worked eight years as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent of Fort Wayne Country Club. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Management from Purdue University in 1995. He is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, Michiana Golf Course Superintendents Association, Hoosier Turfgrass Association, and Midwest Regional Turf Foundation. Eric and his wife, Shantel, have two sons, Mason and Ryan.
Aaron Bradley
Head Chef
Executive Chef since August 2003. Chef Aaron Bradley, native of South Bend, has seventeen years experience in the restaurant business, working along side some of the country's finest chefs. Chef Aaron attended the Culinary Arts & Science program of Lake Michigan College.
